Former London Bus Route 351 - Lower Sydenham - New Beckenham - Kings Hall Road - Penge - Anerley - Birkbeck - Beckenham - Ravensbourne - Bromley North Bus Station.
Last Operated By Metrobus
In Operation 02/01/1991 - 05/07/2002

351 renumbered to 354

History:

The route 351 began on the 2nd March 1991 and provided a Monday to Saturday service between Penge and Bromley North Station (Via Beckenham). The route was operated by Metrobus at their Orpington Garage (MB) and they operated the 351 by darts. On the 1st June 1993 the current PVR was Monday to Saturday 4DT. On the 1st May 1994 the PVR was increased to 5DT Monday to Saturday and this was due to the popular demand of the route. On the 14th October 1995 the current PVR was Monday to Saturday 9DT* (*this was joint with routes 352 and 361). On the 30th March 1996 the PVR was decreased to 7DT but it was joint up with route 361. On the 15th May 1999 the route was diverted in Penge between Green Lane and Kent House Road (via Parish Lane, Kings Hall Rd and Lennard Road). On the 24th June 2000 the route was only on its own now so the PVR was decreased to 4SD. On the 6th July 2002 the route was withdrawn and was renumbered route 354.
